The Convergence Minded Strategist

I've spent 26 years building technology businesses and the teams behind them. I founded Alchemative in 2014 and grew it to 800+ clients across 15 countries. Devsinc acquired it in 2024. Today I am Senior Vice President at Devsinc and Managing Director at Insightive. Most of my work now is about how AI changes the way we build software, organise teams and run businesses.
